Rescued Puppy from Kennewick County Puppy Mill

Heath

This is Heath. He is one of over 370 American Eskimo dogs that were rescued from a puppy mill in Washington state. Many of the dogs were found living in shopping carts and wooden crates. They will all undernourished and covered in urine and feces. They've never been socialied or potty trained. Heath's foster mom has started a blog. We hope you will check out his progress. It start with his first day there. Please check it out here.

We did go over and read the blog entries. Quite an improvement in a few days. We couldn't leave a comment, though.

That is so sad. My mom thinks maybe Arrow was from a place like that cause he was afraid to come to people and wasn't house trained. I hope Heath finds a forever home soon. He looks very happy.

How sad that puppy mills exist and dogs are treated like that. We hope Heath and all the dogs that were rescued find loving families.

I await the day when these stories stop coming. Sadly, I know that is completely unlikely.
