Eskie Picnic Part 2

Photobucket

We had a wonderful time at the American Eskimo picnic in Champlin, Minnesota. The Couches were wonderful to host the picnic in their backyard.

It was a warm day, so lots of furbabies decided to cool off in the pond.

Here I am "greeting" another doggies.

A group picture. There were a few stray dogs that didn't get in the picture. Boy was this a fun day. I was sure pooped out afterwards.

Kodak my love,

Have I posted about how much I loved that you recognized me at the picnic, saying 'Hi Mom!!! I Love You!!!' and then, MORE IMPORTANTLY, going off and visiting with your sister and half-sister as well as all the other 37 Eskies!!! I SO SO much feared that both you and I would end up seeing each other and both of us crying like the last time we met.

Live a long and loving life my soul mate. Kathy is my Angel and does so much for you.

Your Great Grandma, Zia, is fading. She's a big tribute to the American Eskimo and is another of my soul mates. I now 'help' her up into the van when we travel as well as giving her both visual and verbal signals. She's 14.5 yrs old. She is the oldest AED that I've ever have had the fortune of living with. We 'play' at TCOTC on Monday nights together doing Rally Obedience. If life permits, she will get her Rally title along with everything else she has accomplished in life... but.. only as long as she enjoys it and so far she really has enjoyed it.

Live long and give great Eskie kisses...

Your breeder and first mom,

Mary, the dog obedience instructor
